Another Dik Geurts Aste 5 Low installation. This hugely popular stove ticks all the boxes, elegant but modern, a large glass door, Defra approved and with a detachable handle. What an amazing transformation in these before and after pictures.
Here, The Stove House opened up a disused fireplace and installed a Dik Geurts Aste 5 Low with a honed black slate hearth. With a heat output of 4.9 kW, it can easily heat a large room, but its low emissions qualify it for DEFRA approval in smokeless zones meaning no additional air supply was required to the room.
ACR Earlswood 3 Multi fuel stove just installed into its new home. The Earlswood III has full DEFRA approval enabling it to burn wood within smoke controlled zones. Being a multifuel stove, you can also burn a range of smokeless fuels on this stove. The Earlswood III is also SIA EcoDesign Ready approved meaning that it meets with the EcoDesign criteria which will become mandatory in 2022 already.

What a lovely transformation. We have removed an old woodburner and put a new more efficient Dik Geurts Ivar 5 low wood burner in its place with a honed black slate hearth.

A freestanding Parkray Aspect 5 on a log store with a black flue system ready to keep its owners nice and warm. What with its large window so you can view the beauty of the flames and its combination of looks, controllability, and a very high efficiency, what else could you possibly want!
The original stove was too big and overpowering in this lovely feature fireplace so we installed the Parkray Consort 9 Slimline Multifuel stove which offers the correct output for our clients' room. This stove can be a multifuel model which is suitable for logs or solid fuel, with a grate that can be adjusted to burn either. It’s equipped with Cleanburn, which ensures that fuel burns evenly and efficiently. Control the ferocity of the flames by increasing or reducing the air-flow, it's as easy as that.
Here we installed two woodburners, the Parkray Consort 5 & 7 Stoves into the clients original brick fireplaces. The benefit of slimline stoves allows you to use a long log and give you a nice wide viewing window without giving an overpowering heat output.
Dik Geurts Aste 5 Low in a Winterfold Timber Mantle, made to measure with Cambridge Clay painted finish and honed black granite. What a picture, it looks like it was produced for a stove catalogue! The Aste 5 Low is a versatile stove with an option of a rear heat shield allowing it to be positioned closer to a flammable wall. It has a large viewing window and can be freestanding or installed into a fireplace opening, as shown here. With a heat output of 4.9 kW, it can easily heat a large room, but its low emissions qualify it for DEFRA approval in smokeless zones.
An old Hunter stove has been replaced with one of the newer efficient stoves now on the market, the Parkray Consort 7. This brilliant new technology in the Consort 7 works in two ways: firstly, a ‘recouper’ and internal lining ensure that heat stays inside the stove, being directed outwards rather than upwards. Secondly, unburned gases are reignited inside the stove, so that there’s less to go up the chimney.

The Vermont Intrepid II in Bordeaux installed for two of our very content clients 😍 See how the Bordeaux pipe matches the enamel of the stove. A striking colour and elegant stove for two grand dogs to laze in front off, and why not.
In this fireplace, we had a beautifully bespoke stone surround made with a honed slate hearth and black ribbed inside panels. To finish it off we installed a Broseley Winchester electric stove.

Here the Eco Ideal 6 looks at home in its new stone surround. Most people say they want to fill the space but as you can see here it's so much nicer to have the space either side of the stove plus you have somewhere keep your fire irons!
