Firstly I would like to say well done peeps for pulling together at this difficult time. We will come out the other side.
To that end, we would like to reassure you that as the Coronavirus takes hold across the country our staff are well aware of maintaining good personal hygiene practices, as well as ensuring that our showroom is clean for customers to come and see our range of stoves when we are able to reopen.
We are able to still carry out site surveys and servicing appointments and wood deliveries. Rest assured our surveyor will be wearing a mask and protective gloves and all deliveries will be dropped at the door and no signing of paperwork is required as we pay heed to the advice issued by the Government and Public Health Authority in finding the balance between protecting health and minimising disruption. Therefore we are doing everything we can to keep our staff and customers safe.
It is easy to read and be misled by news feeds and social media giving false or elaborated information, for correct information please visit the NHS website. Just like the media falsely spreading the news that wood was to be banned for burning and so were woodburners! This is not the case, just wet wood and coal is to be banned, kiln dried wood is still allowed and you can purchase it from us by the bag or by bulk. In this time of self isolation and possible boredom you may feel that you want to read more on wood and the future of Eco Design Ready stoves here along with helpful tips and other information on your stove and fireplace.
There's a great change in the woodburning stove industry and we are pleased to announce we are already Ecodesign Ready with these cleaner burning stoves on display and 'Woodsure - Ready to burn' kiln dried logs. in our fireplace showroom in Midhurst, West Sussex. Please do contact us before coming to see us on 01730 810931 or at email@example.com as opening times may change due to current affairs.
KEEP SAFE - KEEP WARM - KEEP SMILING
