DONT BURN GREEN WOOD

Green Wood Green wood is freshly cut wood and is extremely high in moisture, often as much as 50% content! It weighs a lot more than dry wood and must not be burnt on fires.Seasoned WoodSeasoned wood is when it has been left to air dry wood and the moisture content has reduced to about 25%. To see how you can season your own wood see our ‘tips on stacking wood’.Time Frame For Seasoning: Green wood to Seasoned wood varies dependent on the wood variety: Dense hardwoods: Beech, Oak, Sycamore etc we would recommend 2-3 yrs. Do you know....what finger prints and tongues have in common?

The Stove House sells cleaning products to remove finger prints and rust marks from stoves, soot from the glass but not sure if it works on tongue slim!! Or 'tonguer prints' as my son has just called them! Funny-when I told him this fact... he said if marks made from fingers are called 'finger prints' does it mean marks made from your tongue are called 'tonguer prints' ? Love this.) We would recommend you not lick your stove.
